ABOUT MOI
I’m an American writer and creative living in Lille, France, where I spend an unreasonable amount of time walking old streets, sitting in cafés, noticing strangers, and wondering about the stories beneath ordinary lives.

I write what I call quiet fiction: lyrical, atmospheric stories in which the crescendo often happens beneath the surface. My work is interested in transformation, belonging, memory, perception, and the strange ways we become ourselves. I’m also an essayist, poet, photographer, and occasional musician, because apparently one way of making things was never going to be enough.

Mostly, I notice things. Then I make something from what I find.
